CORPORATE BREATHWORK, MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION SESSIONS
The practice of mindful awareness, breathwork and meditation can be extremely beneficial in lowering the stress response, aiding focus, mental clarity and creativity. This also leads to better outcomes in planning, efficiency and most importantly, in wellbeing.
We can tailor a series of in-person or Online mindfulness & meditation sessions where we will explore how to use the breath to bring about calm and stillness, before practicing mindfulness and meditation. Sessions will commence with brief relaxation component to settle and ground the body and release any tension, followed by the practice of breathing & meditation so you can feel light, clear and ready to take on the day and week.
