Lavender Latte

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tsp dried lavender buds
1 tsp chamomile tea
1/2 cup plant milk
Honey to serve
Method:
Steep blueberries, dried lavender and chamomile in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Press down in tea infuser and strain in coffee plunger
Froth milk
Add to infusion and top with foam
Serve warm to hot with a drizzle of honey
