The foundations of Ayurvedic Beauty, and general doshic tendencies
Simple daily rituals and routines for mind and body to support your unique beauty
How to do a gentle cleanse to feel clear, calm, light and fresh!
A meditation session to bring about a sense of lightness and clarity to the mind and body
Discuss a few essentials ingredients available in most kitchen pantries that you can use in daily beauty routines, as well as indulgent ones for special pamper sessions!
Practice making and using a few key ayurvedic beauty salves with the ingredients discussed. This is lots of fun but is messy – so come prepared in comfy clothes you don’t mind getting a little bit soiled!
