Fruity Oat Slice
Try this quick, wholesome & yummy oat slice recipe for breakky or as a snack instead of reaching for the unhealthies. Can be prepped in 5 -10 minutes, baked in 20 - 25 minutes, tops. Use stewed apples instead of banana in colder months.
Ingredients
2x ripe Bananas mashed or 1 cup stewed apples (without added sugar, just stewed in water ahead of time)
1.5 cup oat flour
1/2 cup plain dry oats
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 tbps raw sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (depending on how strong you want it!)
Raisins (handful or so) - optional
1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1 cup oat milk / dairy
Tiny Pinch salt
1 tbsp softened butter (optional)
