Wednesday Evening Meditation Classes

Introducing our Wednesday Evening Meditation Class - designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes can’t shake or explain, and help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.⁠

This will be an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.

Every week, we’ll explore a few simple and classic paths to mindfulness & meditation starting with the use of different breathing techniques to clear the way. At the end of each session, our goal is to have you feeling calm, peaceful and ready to take on the sometimes unexpected paths of life.

When: Every Wednesday Evening, 06:30 - 07:00pm (AEST). Beginning the 28th of September.
