Spring Wellness Workshop 2023

Utilising the energy of Spring, it is the perfect season for a gentle cleanse that will support health of the body and wellness of the mind.

This workshop includes:

  • A yoga & meditation class

  • Choice hatha yoga kriyas - cleansing techniques

  • A short talk on ayurveda and seasonal wellness with a focus on Spring

  • A cooking demonstration of the the perfect ayurvedic and yogic cleansing dish that is satisfying, nutritious and yum. Then we'll eat it :) Our products are sourced from Ananda Wholefoods

  • Social chai

  • Yoga nidra

  • A take home cleanse kit (includes equipment, recipe, ingredients)

This will be an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.

Every week, we’ll explore a few simple and classic paths to mindfulness & meditation starting with the use of different breathing techniques to clear the way. The hope is to leave you feeling light, clear and ready to take on life’s ups and downs

Spring Wellness Day 2021

A self-care day dedicated to healing, resting, rejuvenating.

Join us as we take a half day out to heal…. starting off with a stretchy, rejuvenating yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation, time to reflect and journal, learn about ayurvedic seasonal wellness with a short talk, receive ayurvedic massage, have a delicious long lunch, get lots of deep rest with yoga nidra, listen to soothing mantra and sound bowl healing and more.

Join our weekly dawn meditations. These are short sessions designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes wake up with but can’t explain, and help you start your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity. This is especially important as many of us across the world experience the impacts of Covid-19, lockdowns and limited social and community interactions.

It’s open to all, from anywhere in the world! And it’s an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators.

When: Every Tuesday morning, 7 - 7:30am EST

Spring Wellness Immersion Day - A cleanse to Prep for the Spring Equinox

A self-care Sunday dedicated to healing, resting, rejuvenating.

Join us as we take a half day out at our wellness centre to do a healing yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation and then a healing lunch followed by rest, massages, a long healing yoga nidra and soothing music and mantra to round off the day. A good way to come in an experience a day of cleansing to kick off a pre-seasonal cleanse as a part of an ayurvedic program. To be made available every season.
