Starting Tuesday 31st August, you can link into our weekly dawn meditations. These are short sessions designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes wake up with but can’t explain, and help you start your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity. This is especially important as many of us across the world experience the impacts of Covid-19, lockdowns and limited social and community interactions.
You can join with your camera on/off so if you want to practice with privacy you can do so. It’s open to everyone, from anywhere in the world! And it’s an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators.
Every week, we’ll explore a few simple and classic paths to mindfulness & meditation starting with the use of different breathing techniques to clear the way. The hope is to leave you feeling light, clear and ready to take on life’s ups and downs
