This workshop is a collaboration between Yoga in Daily Life Melbourne and Ananda Wellness, and includes:
A yoga & meditation class
Choice hatha yoga kriyas - cleansing techniques
A short talk on ayurveda and seasonal wellness with a focus on Spring
A cooking demonstration of the the perfect ayurvedic and yogic cleansing dish that is satisfying, nutritious and yum. Then we'll eat it :) Our products are sourced from Ananda Wholefoods
